Pre-sales is an exciting job that covers multiple areas of expertise. This workshop will point the key skills required by the pre-sales engineers, behavioral practices that make a difference in front of the customer and the common mistakes to avoid. It will consist of 1h30 of interactive workshop with the audience. The number of participants will be then limited to 20. Delivery in French.

This workshop will use some of the concepts covered in the class "Consultative Sales for pre-sales" issued by CRC10.
